WHEN WILL MY ORDERS BE DELIVERED?

We handle orders from Monday through Friday, according to Pacific Standard Time ("days" here is "business days").

• Printed apparel: 7-9 business days

⚠️NOTE

• For countries outside the US, import taxes (if applicable) are to be paid by the buyer. If you have a tax ID number, please provide it so the recipient does not incur double taxation.
• Please keep in mind the shipping time to overseas states such as Puerto Rico (PR), Virgin Islands (VI), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), Alaska (AK) and military areas (AA, AE, APO...) will take 30-60 business days.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service efficiency, and peak seasons.

Important: The national carriers will use regional carriers to deliver your package when the package arrives at the destination country. When this happens, please contact them or us at: support@nerdianic.com to get accurate information about your shipment.

• Most of our orders are processed and sent off within the mentioned timeframe.
• Occasionally, unforeseen issues with our suppliers and delivery partners may cause slight delays. We apologize for any trouble this might cause you.
• During US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, there may be extended shipping times. We regret any inconvenience this causes and thank you for your understanding.

Please keep in mind that

In the following circumstances:

• Due to circumstances beyond your control, your order did not arrive (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home to receive the delivery, not picking up the packages as requested).
• Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside Our Store's control (e.g., not being cleared by customs in your country, being delayed by a natural disaster, showing "delivered" in the tracking system, having been shipped into your mailbox but getting lost).

Shipping FAQ

• Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

• How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

• How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

• How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

• Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

• How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

• I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
