    • United States: A standard shipping fee of $9.95 will apply.
    • International (France, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Romania): A standard shipping fee of $14.95 will apply.

    Free Shipping

    • Nerdianic offers Free shipping on orders over $120.

    • Processing times are as follows:  7-9 business days

    • The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

    Order Tracking

    • The carrier’s information (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL)

    Lost or Damaged Packages
    Lost Packages:

    Please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement/refund.
     
    Damaged Packages

    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us
    • Provide photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the resolution process.

    Additional Information

    • International Shipping: Available to select locations.
    • Please keep in mind the shipping time to overseas states such as Puerto Rico (PR), Virgin Islands (VI), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), Alaska (AK), American Samoa (AS), Northern Mariana Islands (MP) and military areas (AA, AE, APO...) will take 30-60 business days.
